We find the joint or tissue that is generating the pain, then restore normal movement to it.
That starts with an exam. We check how your spine moves, where it does not, which muscles are guarding, and whether any nerve is involved. If your history or symptoms point to something that needs imaging, we order it or refer out. We do not adjust a spine we have not examined.
Treatment is hands on. Spinal adjustments to restore joint motion, soft tissue therapy for the muscles that have been compensating, and a rehab program so the same injury does not come back in six months.
